Question a Charge

Simply search your email for “T.Y.O ADVERTISING” or “TYO ADVERTISING” receipts dated close to the charge date at hand.

Alternatively you can look up a charge.

Unfortunately, T.Y.O Advertising isn’t authorized to issue refunds. We could forward your request, though, but getting a reply will take longer than you speaking directly to the website you purchased from.

You can find a contact person’s address in any of the following ways:

- On the company’s website.
- In your email receipt.
- On your invoice listed under Product Support
- By contacting the company to request a refund.

If you already applied for a refund but got no response within 2 business days, you can reach out to TYO Advertising Consumer Support.
Our Support department will assist you if you include Order ID, Purchase Date, Order Total, and the invoice text you want them to change. You can also send us an example of a modified invoice, according to which our Support department’s will update the new one.
In case you didn’t find a receipt or instructions to get your product:

Search the Spam/ Junk folders for an email from [email protected], and mark this address as a ‘safe sender’ (or add this email to your contacts). Thus, messages from this address will reach your inbox without fail. If these steps haven’t worked either, contact TYO Advertising Consumer Support.
A charge may be declined when:
- An invalid credit card information had been provided.
- Insufficient funds.
- The account is restricted from proceeding due to suspicious activity.
